Introduction

For a long time now, I have wanted to start blogging on recipes. But I had been thinking to myself, when there are an array of blogs dedicated to cooking & recipes, who will read mine. But then it gives me satisfaction in sharing my experience of cooking just as much as I enjoy making them. My effort will go into putting simple preparations to test first. Because many-a-times, that is where many first timers face road-blocks. I can then go onto everyday ventures and then cooking for special occassions. The reason I have named this site as Testing Tastebuds is because I really feel that cooking is all about testing and using taste buds along with all our senses, of feel, of sight, of sound, of smell and of taste. There is nothing as wonderful as the experience of cooking and of feeding others. If the results are good, then the experience is like feeling on top of the world. If the result is not good, then it gives me a chance to brood over how it could have been better. Nevertheless, I would suggest everyone to take up cooking as a hobby, it is one of the best.
